Air Preheaters

Air Pre-heaters are the heat-exchangers, which are fitted in the exit flus gas channel of the cistern. The function of these is to recuperate the heat from the boiler flue gas so as to boost the boilers thermal efficiency. These can also reduce the heat loss. They are responsible for boosting the efficiency of the steam boiler. Advantages include low payback time, enhanced stability, right combustion of poor-quality fuels, good heat transfer rate and reduced heat transfer area. Air Pre-heaters can raise the temperature of the furnace gases, boost combustion efficiency and combustion rates. These are known well for improving the overall efficacy of the boiler.
